Strategic Partnerships Manager – FinTech

About the role

Ouinex is a next‑generation trading platform that combines crypto, derivatives, FX, CFDs and traditional markets. We are looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to accelerate growth by building high‑value relationships across the trading ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Source, negotiate and launch partnerships that generate qualified traders and trading volume.
• Build and maintain relationships with trading communities, academies, signal providers, educators, influencers and key opinion leaders.
• Recruit and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, referral partners and other strategic distribution channels.
• Identify collaboration opportunities with proprietary trading firms, funded trader programs, fintech platforms and complementary service providers.
• Develop and execute regional partnership growth strategies.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership structures.
• Monitor partner performance and optimise commercial outcomes.
• Represent Ouinex at industry events, conferences, webinars and networking opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and management teams to maximise partner success.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, affiliate management, institutional sales or broker/exchange growth.
• Proven track record of generating trading volume for a crypto exchange, FX/CFD broker, prop firm or fintech platform.
• Existing network within crypto, derivatives, FX, CFDs, trading communities, affiliates or introducing brokers.
• Demonstrable experience onboarding and managing revenue‑generating partners.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the capacity to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
