Stock Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Stock Manager to lead the inventory operations for SNA, a subsidiary of Poulina Group Holding, based in Sidi El Heni, Sousse, Tunisia. The role involves overseeing stock levels, ensuring accuracy, and coordinating with cross‑functional teams to support the company’s supply chain efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and control inventory across all warehouses.
• Develop and implement stock management procedures to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team, providing guidance and training.
• Coordinate with procurement, production and sales to align stock availability with demand.
• Conduct regular audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Prepare reports on stock performance and present insights to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar stock or inventory management role.
• Strong leadership, organizational and autonomous work style.
• High integrity, rigor and attention to detail.
