Sr Full Stack Engineer

About the role

HealthHelper is seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to help build and scale its healthcare data platform. You will work on a full‑stack web application, manage DevOps infrastructure, and develop scalable data pipelines that turn raw data into actionable insights for providers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain a full‑stack web application using NodeJS and ReactJS.
• Implement and operate cloud infrastructure on AWS, including Kubernetes orchestration and Terraform provisioning.
• Build and optimise large‑scale data pipelines with PySpark and big‑data ETL tools such as Hudi or Iceberg.
• Manage relational databases and Redis caches to ensure high‑performance data access.
• Collaborate with a small, fast‑moving team, handling multiple responsibilities under tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of professional experience with NodeJS and ReactJS.
• 10+ years of experience with relational databases and Redis.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• 2+ years of experience with PySpark and big‑data ETL frameworks (Hudi, Iceberg, or similar).
