Specialist Technician – Material Preparation & CNC Milling Operator

About the role

The Specialist Technician is responsible for operating and setting up numerically controlled production machines to shape parts through chip‑forming processes. You will work on the shop floor, ensuring high‑quality output for automotive wiring systems.

Key responsibilities

• Operate CNC and other numerically controlled machines according to work instructions.
• Perform visual inspections and self‑checks to guarantee part quality and identify defects.
• Maintain and update process‑relevant documentation and record measured parameters in software and paper logs.
• Handle auxiliary equipment such as parameter measuring devices, band saws, lathes, and perform manual operations like grinding, cutting and drilling.
• Ensure proper use, handling, and storage of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Evaluate produced parts within required tolerances and report any non‑conformities immediately.

Required profile

• BTS or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electromechanical engineering.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Ability to work autonomously while following safety and procedural guidelines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills in a multicultural environment.
