About the role
LEONI is seeking a dedicated professional to manage the functionality of spare and wear parts within its warehouse in Zaghouan. You will ensure timely release of non‑production materials and maintain accurate stock records.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and release non‑production materials from the spare parts warehouse.
- Ensure on‑time and correct release of spare parts.
- Record delivery notes and invoices accurately.
- Maintain stock accuracy and perform regular stock‑takes.
- Monitor delivery of spare parts by suppliers and report consumption, stock levels, and slow‑moving items.
- Support data collection and analysis for the spare parts management process.
- Prepare all specific documents required for spare parts management.
Required profile
- Minimum education level: BTS.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Strong communication and intercultural sensitivity.
- Ability to manage change, target results, and stay motivated.
- Self‑organization, conflict management, and teamwork skills.
