Solution Architect

About the role

Vneuron, a leading RegTech firm, is looking for a Solution Architect to shape the technical direction of its Reis RCS platform. You will work with a young, collaborative team to design end‑to‑end architectures that support real‑time AML, sanctions screening and risk‑management capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and recommend comprehensive solution architectures and implementation roadmaps for new and existing features.
• Provide technical oversight throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring performance, scalability and security.
• Analyze, debug and optimise deployed solutions, especially Java‑based services and front‑end components.
• Define, document and promote architectural best practices and standards across engineering teams.
• Collaborate closely with developers, project managers and stakeholders to align technical decisions with business goals.
• Communicate architectural choices clearly to clients and internal teams.

Required profile

• Degree in Software Engineering or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in solution architecture, project delivery and technical leadership.
• Strong decision‑making, negotiation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Java frameworks – Spring, Hibernate.
• Front‑end technologies – Angular, JavaScript.
• Databases – Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL.
• Cloud‑based solution delivery and modern software engineering principles.
• Comfortable using AI tools to support design, performance analysis and documentation.
