Social Media Marketing Manager

About the role

You will own the brand voice across every social channel and build a thriving community for a crypto‑native fintech operating in the MENA region. This is not a scheduling‑only role; you will shape how the company talks to users from Casablanca to Kuwait City.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategy for X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram and Discord.
• Build, moderate and grow an engaged community, turning early users into brand advocates.
• Create short‑form video, threads, memes and product‑education content.
• Run paid social campaigns, navigating fintech and crypto advertising policies.
• Manage launches, campaigns and AMAs from start to finish.
• Handle community sentiment, front‑line support escalations and maintain the right tone.
• Report on reach, engagement, CAC and conversion metrics.

Required profile

• 5+ years managing communities and social channels, preferably for consumer products.
• Deep understanding of the MENA digital landscape, with proven experience in the Gulf, Levant and North Africa.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; French is a strong plus.
• Comfortable with crypto, stablecoins and payments or able to learn quickly.
• Track record of growing a community from small to meaningful, backed by numbers.
