SMEs Relationship Manager (Sfax)

About the role

Bank ABC is expanding its Retail & Digital Banking division and seeks an experienced SMEs Relationship Manager for its Sfax branch. Reporting to the Head of Retail, you will be the primary point of contact for small‑and‑medium enterprise (SME) and professional clients, responsible for growing and servicing a dedicated portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an existing portfolio of corporate, SME and professional clients, maintaining regular contact and promptly addressing inquiries.
• Develop new business by prospecting, positioning Bank ABC on key deals, and identifying niche opportunities to increase annuity revenue.
• Conduct credit assessments to evaluate financing opportunities and collaborate with product specialists on facility structures.
• Achieve or exceed budgetary targets and business objectives.
• Coordinate with all bank departments to deliver comprehensive service to clients.
• Promote cross‑selling of banking products and services, increasing the share of entrusted flows.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing SME or professional client relationships within a banking environment.
• Strong understanding of credit assessment and loan structuring.
• Ability to meet sales targets and develop new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication and client‑service orientation.
