Shift Leader Warehouse

About the role

LEONI is seeking a proactive Shift Leader to manage daily warehouse operations in Tunisia. You will supervise a team, ensure smooth material flow, and uphold safety and quality standards across all warehouse activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the warehouse unit according to defined objectives and KPIs.
• Identify improvement opportunities, provide consulting, and enhance service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with standards, governance, and process execution.
• Plan regular team activities to cover all operational stages and respond to incoming requests.
• Define team members' objectives, tasks, and responsibilities, providing clear instructions and performance monitoring.
• Identify training needs, support professional development, and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Propose and apply measures to improve team performance, flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, and change management.
• Oversee all shift‑level warehouse functions, including unloading, reception, labeling, storage, picking, sequencing, loading, and shipping.
• Maintain technical equipment safely and ensure accurate stock records.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong communication, intercultural sensitivity, and change‑management abilities.
• Result‑oriented, motivated, resilient, self‑organized, and capable of conflict management and teamwork.
