Service Delivery Manager

About the role

Tetra Pak is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to ensure high‑quality labour service delivery to customers in Tunisia. The role focuses on resource readiness, operational efficiency, and maintaining strong customer relationships while supporting the company’s mission of safe, sustainable food production.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all planned field activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, procedures, and first‑time‑right principles.
• Maintain an active presence at customer sites, dedicating 30‑50% of time to on‑site visits and partnership building.
• Drive optimal resource utilization, readiness, and responsiveness in collaboration with key account and central planning teams.
• Manage maintenance work profitability and oversee CSO‑related issue resolution.
• Support competence development and digital tool adoption through collaboration with training functions.
• Engage and empower team members, overseeing individual development plans and career paths.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, OHS regulations, global HR processes, and accurate reporting of time and expenses.

Required profile

• Technical or operational background with strong productivity and continuous‑improvement focus.
• Understanding of maintenance and reliability concepts.
• Demonstrated leadership, change management, collaboration, and engagement abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.
• Customer‑focused mindset with solid interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and awareness of global and local competitive environments.
