Senior Technical Project Manager – Robotics, Vision & AI

About the role

As a Senior Technical Project Manager at BSA, you will lead international robotics and AI projects from concept through deployment. You will act as the trusted bridge between customers and multidisciplinary engineering teams, turning complex challenges into successful, integrated solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end robotics and AI projects for global customers.
• Serve as the primary interface between customers and engineering, translating goals into executable project plans.
• Coordinate software, robotics, vision, automation, and AI teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Manage project planning, risk mitigation, resource allocation, milestones, budgets, and performance tracking.
• Conduct technical and management discussions with stakeholders and drive system integration.
• Travel internationally to customer sites and project locations as required.

Required profile

• Strong experience in project management, preferably in technical environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Proven ability to lead complex technical discussions and build trust with customers.
• High personal responsibility, ownership, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
