Senior Software Engineer / Technical Lead (Node.js, React, TypeScript)

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer who will also act as Technical Lead for new products and features. The role is hands‑on, allowing you to own the full lifecycle from planning through production while guiding a small engineering team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical implementation of new products and features.
• Design scalable, maintainable, and well‑structured software architectures.
• Build high‑quality backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Develop modern frontend applications with React and TypeScript.
• Own projects from requirements gathering to production deployment.
• Break down complex requirements into clean, maintainable solutions.
• Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and best practices.
• Build reusable components and maintain consistent coding standards.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver business value.
• Mentor junior developers and establish engineering best practices.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools to improve productivity without compromising quality.

Required profile

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Ability to independently plan, build, and maintain complex projects.
• Strong debugging and problem‑solving skills.
• Ownership mindset and responsibility for end‑to‑end delivery.
