Senior Revit MEP/BIM Modeler – Remote (Tunisia)

About the role

Join a leading German engineering consultancy while working from Tunis. You will become a permanent member of one client team, collaborating daily with engineers in Germany on large commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects. At Scope Merge we build dedicated engineering teams in Tunisia for European companies, offering a long‑term, fully integrated position.

Key responsibilities

• Create and develop detailed Revit models for HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Take ownership of complex Revit models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate directly with German engineers and other disciplines.
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks or Solibri.
• Develop and maintain Revit families, templates and project standards.
• Ensure high model quality and consistency across projects.
• Work independently on complex projects and support junior modelers when needed.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Energy Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Autodesk Revit for MEP/TGA projects.
• Experience on large or technically complex building projects.
• Strong understanding of multidisciplinary coordination.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and own complete project packages.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Autodesk Revit (MEP/BIM).
• Navisworks and/or Solibri for clash detection.
• Dynamo for automating repetitive Revit tasks.
• Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or BIM 360.
• Experience with TGA plugins such as liNear, Trimble Nova or DDS‑CAD.
