Senior Property Acquisition Executive – Remote

About the role

Hostme, a fast‑growing vacation‑rental platform in Tunisia, is seeking a Senior Property Acquisition Executive to expand its portfolio of vacation homes. This full‑time remote position focuses on sales, business development, and building long‑term partnerships with property owners across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new vacation‑rental properties throughout Tunisia.
• Prospect property owners via phone, email, social media, networking and occasional field visits.
• Present the Hostme platform, demonstrate its value, and guide owners through onboarding until listings are live.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and follow‑up activities.
• Meet monthly acquisition targets and collaborate with the commercial team to refine acquisition strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, real estate, partnerships or customer acquisition.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Fluent in Arabic and French; English is a plus.
• Experience with CRM systems or sales‑management tools is an advantage.
• Valid driving licence is a plus.
