Senior Production Support Analyst

About the role

You will join an international Operations Support team (Tunisia, France, Switzerland, USA) that ensures the reliability of FIS’s MarketMap Realtime and related market data platforms. The role focuses on supporting client requests, monitoring real‑time market data servers, and maintaining a large portfolio of customer accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Support over 120 stock exchanges and ensure low‑latency data delivery.
• Monitor real‑time server availability and performance for market data servers.
• Maintain more than 850 customer accounts across 200+ servers.
• Collaborate with CX, development, network/infra, exchange project managers and trading teams.
• Provide advanced technical support and drive platform‑enhancement projects.
• Manage infrastructure including 2 data centres, 3 hubs, 350+ Windows/Linux servers and 4,500+ components.
• Plan and deploy new releases.
• Participate in incident management and handle high‑severity incidents.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server.
• Experience in incident management and ITIL processes.
• Ability to learn and adopt new technologies.
• Good communication skills and English proficiency for sprint reviews and presentations.
• Bonus: knowledge of MS Exchange Server and SQL Server.
