Senior Migration Consultant

About the role

ADP is seeking a Senior Migration Consultant to lead the migration of its GlobalView payroll solution to SAP RISE / S/4HANA. This high‑visibility role supports the largest SAP‑based payroll migration ever undertaken by the company, ensuring a smooth transition for millions of employees across dozens of countries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead specific workstreams of the migration process, applying deep SAP HCM knowledge.
• Mentor junior consultants and share expertise in SAP Payroll and the GlobalView ecosystem.
• Collaborate directly with clients to address complex technical challenges and guarantee a seamless go‑live.
• Validate migration data, execute test cycles, and support issue resolution.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience working with SAP HR modules, particularly SAP Payroll.
• Strong analytical mindset with a commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills in English, able to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Passion for building a long‑term career in SAP consultancy.
• Basic knowledge of ABAP for initial error analysis.
