Senior Market Development Manager

About the role

The Senior Market Development Manager will work part‑time in a hybrid setting, based in Tunis, to identify and evaluate new market opportunities for Dialog Digi Connections. You will translate market insights into actionable strategies that support sustainable growth across digital and technology‑driven sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth market and competitive analysis to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Develop and present market entry and growth strategies in collaboration with sales, marketing and product teams.
• Prepare strategic reports, presentations and performance dashboards for senior leadership.
• Participate in client and partner meetings, representing the company in key market discussions.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure alignment of market development initiatives with overall business goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic market development, product or business development, preferably within digital or technology sectors.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and assess opportunities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, including presenting to senior leadership and external partners.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple part‑time projects and thrive in a hybrid work environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
