Senior HR Partner – South EMEA

About the role

STMicroelectronics is looking for a Senior HR Partner to support its South EMEA cluster (Tunisia, Egypt, Turkey). The role combines generalist HR partnering with talent acquisition and learning & development responsibilities across a fast‑paced, multi‑scope environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR point of contact for managers and employees in the South EMEA cluster, providing day‑to‑day guidance.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle – onboarding, integration, performance management, and off‑boarding.
• Support and coach managers on employee‑relations matters, ensuring consistent and fair handling.
• Drive employee‑engagement initiatives and contribute to action plans after surveys.
• Ensure HR policies and local labour‑law compliance.
• Lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for Tunisia, Egypt and Turkey, and support campus sourcing across EMEA.
• Serve as the local L&D contact, monitoring mandatory training completion and rolling out learning initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or equivalent.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience with strong HR Business Partnering exposure.
• Demonstrated experience in employee relations, performance management and talent acquisition.
• Experience in an international or matrix organisation is a strong plus.

Required skills

• Proficient in HRIS platforms.
• Experience with digital HR ecosystems.
