Senior Full‑Stack Product Engineer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI operating system for short‑term rental operators. We are looking for a senior full‑stack product engineer to turn real customer problems into reliable software, working closely with founders, designers and operators.

Key responsibilities

• Design and ship end‑to‑end features, from prototype through frontend, backend, integrations, testing and deployment.
• Build customer‑facing interfaces, operational dashboards, automation engines and AI‑powered workflows that streamline reservation, cleaning, payment and reporting processes.
• Develop event‑driven automation and AI features using LLMs, OpenAI APIs and other services.
• Create and maintain reliable APIs and integrations with platforms such as Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio and Google.

Required profile

• Strong experience building and shipping production software across frontend and backend.
• Product mindset with curiosity about user needs and ability to work directly with customers, designers and founders.
• Self‑starter who can own outcomes, work independently and make sound technical decisions at scale.
