Senior Finance Manager (Crypto)

About the role

Ouinex is a fast‑growing cryptocurrency trading platform seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead its financial operations. You will be responsible for establishing robust accounting, reporting and compliance processes across multiple jurisdictions in a high‑growth, regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and oversee transactions for multiple entities, including digital asset reconciliation, trading fees and fiat movements.
• Review, consolidate and analyse financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) ensuring IFRS compliance and clear reporting of exchange revenue, treasury and liquidity.
• Develop budgeting, forecasting and financial models to support strategic decisions and create real‑time BI dashboards.
• Ensure multi‑jurisdictional tax compliance and manage crypto‑specific financial obligations.
• Assess, select and implement finance systems or ERP solutions to streamline reporting and reconciliation.
• Monitor cash flow, optimise treasury functions and design risk‑management strategies.
• Act as primary liaison with external accountants, auditors and regulators.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in financial management, accounting or related roles, preferably in fintech, crypto or trading.
• Strong knowledge of crypto exchange accounting, transaction reconciliation and IFRS standards.
• Experience with multi‑jurisdictional tax regulations and compliance in the crypto space.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

Required skills

• Power BI, Tableau or Looker for business intelligence reporting.
• QuickBooks, Xero, Excel or crypto‑native accounting solutions.
• Implementation of ERP or other financial systems.
