Senior Finance Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join a multinational organization in Tunis. The role involves managing cash flow forecasts, invoicing, and a variety of financial reporting tasks while collaborating with regional and global finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare bi‑weekly cash flow forecasts and perform variance analysis.
• Ensure accurate partner invoicing and payment processing.
• Produce regular and ad‑hoc reports on accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventories, and billing.
• Respond to inquiries from internal HQ, regional offices, and external stakeholders such as vendors and banks.
• Assist with monthly reconciliation of management and financial reports.
• Support implementation of new ERP systems and business process optimization initiatives.
• Act as a trusted finance advisor to the Commercial team and contribute to strategic decision‑making.
• Lead finance‑related projects to improve processes and data reliability.
• Collaborate with Global Finance teams (Billing, Treasury, Accounts Payable, Accounting) to resolve day‑to‑day issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance operations or financial planning and strategy.
• Fluent business English.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and time‑management abilities.
• Experience with finance‑related project management and system implementations.
