Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join MASS Analytics in Tunis. You will own the design, implementation and operation of our on‑premises and cloud infrastructure, ensuring our products are delivered quickly, securely and reliably.

Key responsibilities

• Build, deploy and monitor applications on both on‑premises and cloud platforms.
• Design and implement secure, scalable infrastructure solutions.
• Automate deployments and optimise CI/CD pipelines for faster delivery.
• Test and refine processes to minimise errors and improve reliability.
• Develop containerised environments and tools that enhance system performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Define and maintain troubleshooting and maintenance procedures.
• Collaborate with R&D, Data Science, Marketing and Sales teams to solve complex infrastructure and security challenges.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on DevOps engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) – mandatory.
• Expertise in Docker, containerisation and CI/CD tools.
• Experience with MLOps or integrating machine‑learning models is a plus.
• Proficiency with Bitbucket, Git, Confluence and Jira.
• Familiarity with Databricks is a strong advantage.
• Excellent problem‑solving mindset and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Clear communicator capable of explaining complex technical concepts.
