Segment Leader – Automotive Wiring Solutions

About the role

LEONI is seeking a Segment Leader to drive performance and continuous improvement within its automotive wiring segment. The role will oversee a dedicated team, ensure compliance with standards, and contribute to the company’s transformation in the mobility sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the segment unit, meeting defined objectives and KPIs.
• Identify improvement opportunities, provide consulting, and enhance service delivery.
• Ensure adherence to standards, governance, and process execution.
• Plan and coordinate regular team activities to cover all project stages and respond to requests.
• Define team members’ objectives, tasks, and responsibilities, and monitor results.
• Identify training needs, support professional development, and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Implement measures to improve team performance, flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, and change management.

Required profile

• University degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the wiring industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, fluent in French and English.
• Proven ability in change management, result orientation, resilience, self‑organization, conflict management and teamwork.
