Sea & Air Freight Forwarder

About the role

King Maritime is looking for a Sea & Air Freight Forwarder to design and execute multimodal transport solutions for a diverse client portfolio. You will manage end‑to‑end shipments, negotiate rates, and ensure seamless door‑to‑door delivery across sea and air lanes.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and supervise international import/export shipments via sea (FCL/LCL) and air freight from booking to final delivery.
• Negotiate competitive freight rates with airlines, shipping lines and overseas agents to build high‑margin commercial offers.
• Prepare and verify all transport documentation, including House and Master Bills of Lading, Air Waybills, manifests and certificates of origin.
• Coordinate daily with the international agent network to secure smooth cross‑trade handling.
• Provide clients with proactive shipment tracking, resolve operational issues and advise on optimal routing and Incoterms.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in a freight forwarding agency handling both sea and air operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Transport, Logistics or a related field.
• Fluent written and spoken English and French.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure.
