About the role
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our product development team and champion agile practices. You will work closely with cross‑functional members to ensure smooth delivery of high‑quality software.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
- Coach the team on Agile best practices and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and stakeholders to align priorities.
- Identify, track and remove impediments that hinder the team’s progress.
- Monitor sprint metrics, report on team velocity and support data‑driven decisions.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks and ceremonies.
- Excellent facilitation, communication and conflict‑resolution abilities.
- Proven track record of removing blockers and building high‑performing teams.
- Scrum certification (CSM, PSM or equivalent) is a strong plus.
