SAP & Flow Key User

About the role

Forvia is seeking a SAP & Flow Key User to act as the bridge between the SAP platform (including FCS, MII‑NEO, MIP, BI and Preactor) and plant users. You will ensure data accuracy, support end‑users, and contribute to continuous improvement of SAP usage in the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain SAP platform procedures, master data and transactional data in line with group standards.
• Support plant users of SAP and related systems, providing first‑line assistance and troubleshooting.
• Participate in defining new processes and tools, testing and validating them against specifications.
• Coordinate with IT, GIS and PCL divisions to ensure solution quality.
• Assist with SAP project roll‑outs and provide functional training to users.
• Manage booking points and material information flows within SAP.
• Monitor KPIs, follow PDCA cycles, and handle help‑desk tickets, escalating when necessary.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Information Technology.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Good logistics knowledge.
• Bilingual with a good level of English.
