Sales Specialist – Short-Form Content

About the role

The Viral Lab is looking for a Sales Specialist focused on short‑form content to drive new business and expand existing client relationships. Based onsite in Ennasr 2, you will act as the primary point of contact for prospects, guiding them through the full sales cycle and aligning their needs with our creative services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and nurture leads for short‑form video services.
• Conduct client meetings, present tailored proposals, and negotiate contract terms.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process from initial contact to deal closure.
• Collaborate with production and marketing teams to ensure solutions meet client objectives.
• Provide regular sales performance reports and market feedback to leadership.
• Educate clients on short‑form content trends and platform best practices.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven sales experience in content, media, or digital‑marketing environments.
• Background in client education or training on short‑form content strategies.
• Experience in sales or account management, including pipeline organization and forecasting.
• Familiarity with current short‑form video trends on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in Ennasr 2 and collaborate with creative teams.
• Relevant education in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
