Sales Representative

About the role

Join a fast‑growing tech education platform as a Sales Representative in Sousse. You will build relationships with prospective and current students, understand their goals, and guide them to the most suitable training programs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and current students.
• Make outbound calls to prospects, follow up leads, and convert them into enrollments.
• Identify students' needs, goals, and motivations through effective questioning and active listening.
• Advise on suitable training programs, upsell and cross‑sell relevant courses.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions.
• Contribute to a positive student experience at the hackerspace and participate in community‑building activities.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, telesales or a similar role is a plus.
• Persuasion, negotiation, and a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Target‑oriented, organized, proactive and able to work independently or in a team.
• Positive attitude, energy and genuine interest in working with people.
• Good command of French and English is a plus.
