Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the development and execution of sales strategies for the telecommunications market, focusing on public safety solutions. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding the network of key accounts, and driving project opportunities across the assigned region or country.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed sales plans and meet sales targets.
• Collect market intelligence, analyse product demand and competitor activity, and shape sales strategies.
• Expand the sales network and build long‑term relationships with key accounts.
• Identify and pursue project opportunities in the public safety sector, creating implementation plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams to organise roadshows, product promotions and trade fairs.
• Manage accounts, improve repayment rates and minimise doubtful accounts.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the telecommunications industry, preferably with two‑way radio or related products.
• Proven track record in project sales and B2G (business‑to‑government) sales.
• Strong communication skills; English must be used as the working language.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes.
