Sales Executive

About the role

Flouci is a fast‑growing fintech helping businesses across Francophone Africa accept payments via POS terminals and payment gateways. We are looking for a Sales Executive to expand our merchant portfolio, manage the full sales cycle, and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a pipeline of SMB and mid‑market merchants in priority verticals.
• Own the end‑to‑end sales process: prospecting, qualification, demos, negotiations, closing, and activation.
• Develop deep product knowledge to match the right Flouci solution to each merchant’s needs.
• Provide market feedback to product and partnership teams to improve future deals.
• Meet monthly and quarterly quota targets tied to activated revenue.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS, telco, banking, or merchant services.
• Proven track record of closing deals from start to finish; include numbers in your application.
• Fluent in French, English, and Tunisian dialect.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and accountable for hitting targets.

Required skills

• Comfortable using a CRM; HubSpot experience is a plus.
