About the role

Wael Academy is seeking a full‑time Sales and Marketing Specialist to join its team in Monastir. You will help drive student acquisition for the online secondary‑education platform by creating and executing effective marketing campaigns and managing the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Wael Academy’s educational resources.
• Identify, engage, and convert potential customers through targeted outreach.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle, from lead generation to closing.
• Deliver training sessions for internal teams and external partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine engagement tactics.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve business objectives.
