Rust Software Engineer – Fresh Graduate

About the role

MyCorr is looking for recent engineering graduates to join its fast‑moving technical team as Rust Software Engineers. You will work on a production‑grade, distributed Rust platform that powers a collaborative data platform used by teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain Rust services, including the API layer, actor‑based collaboration engine, data pipelines and authorization logic.
• Use Claude Code daily as an AI development partner for code exploration, implementation, refactoring, testing and debugging.
• Write comprehensive unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews and follow the team’s conventional‑commit workflow.
• Investigate and resolve bugs and production incidents, providing clear context and root‑cause analysis.
• Contribute to the WebAssembly client core and build third‑party connectors when needed.

Required profile

• Recent graduate from an engineering program or equivalent with strong fundamentals in systems programming, algorithms and data structures.
• Passionate about AI‑assisted development and eager to experiment with cutting‑edge tooling.
• Self‑motivated, able to take ownership of problems from conception to merged, tested pull request.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Rust.
• Familiarity with Python (for client‑side interactions).
• Understanding of WebAssembly concepts.
• Basic knowledge of distributed systems, actor models and columnar data processing.
• Experience with testing, debugging and version control workflows.
