About the role
The company, a well‑known pharmaceutical manufacturer, is seeking a Maintenance Manager with a background in electromechanical engineering or industrial maintenance. The role focuses on ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of production equipment.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in planning maintenance work.
- Guarantee proper functioning of production equipment.
- Implement the maintenance program.
- Process, analyze and prioritize intervention requests.
- Improve equipment availability rates.
- Monitor and control completed interventions, proposing cost‑effective performance improvements.
- Prepare activity dashboards.
Required profile
- Degree in Electromechanical Engineering or Industrial Maintenance.
