Responsable Communication & Marketing

About the role

The International School of Carthage (ISC) is seeking a Communication & Marketing Manager to define and execute its communication and marketing strategy. Reporting to the General Management, the role focuses on enhancing the school's visibility, attractiveness, and brand image among families, students, staff, partners, and prospective parents.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall communication and marketing plan in line with the school's strategic objectives.
• Lead digital communication channels, including the website, social media, newsletters, and other digital assets.
• Create and supervise the production of content such as publications, visuals, videos, brochures, and institutional materials.
• Organise and coordinate events like open days, institutional gatherings, and conferences.
• Boost the school's reputation and appeal to target audiences.
• Monitor communication activities, analyse performance metrics, and manage external service providers.

Required profile

• University degree in communication, marketing, public relations, media or a related field (Bac+3/5).
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably within education, services or a consumer‑focused organization.
• Strong command of French (written and spoken) and good proficiency in English.
• Creative, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects independently.
