About the role
The Back Office Commercial Manager reports to the Commercial Directorate and is responsible for supervising the activity of the company's field sales teams in Tunis. This role ensures that commercial operations run smoothly and that sales targets are consistently achieved.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of field sales teams.
- Manage back‑office commercial processes, including order processing and client documentation.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
- Monitor sales targets and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Facilitate communication between the sales force and other internal departments.
- Support commercial staff with negotiation preparation and client relationship management.
Required profile
- Bac+4 degree in marketing, commerce or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar back‑office or sales coordination role.
- Proven relational and negotiation abilities.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
