About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Reservations Manager to lead its reservations team. The role combines precision, efficiency and a guest‑centric mindset to ensure a seamless booking experience and high guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the reservations department, ensuring all guest interactions meet the brand’s service standards.
• Proactively improve guest satisfaction by responding promptly to enquiries and resolving issues.
• Drive reservations initiatives and achieve hotel targets through effective planning and execution.
• Supervise, coach and develop the reservations team, fostering a culture of growth and high performance.
• Control costs and inventory while maintaining productivity and performance metrics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyse performance data and provide recommendations to enhance financial results.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, internal policies and audit requirements.
