Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative (German & English)

About the role

Join a fully remote team providing bilingual (German & English) customer support for an e‑commerce platform. You will be the friendly voice and helpful chat assistant that customers rely on, using your language skills to resolve issues quickly and positively.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers via inbound calls, live chat, and email.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product, order, and technical issues.
• Personalize interactions to understand and meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the service experience.
• Provide feedback to refine processes and service quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent spoken and written German and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication in both languages.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
