Remote Account Executive – UK Market

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Account Executive to drive growth for our UK mid‑market customers while working remotely from Tunisia. You will own the full customer lifecycle – from prospecting new businesses to onboarding, expanding and retaining accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new business customers in the UK market.
• Manage a portfolio of existing accounts and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Identify upsell, cross‑sell and expansion opportunities.
• Deliver product demonstrations and commercial consultations via phone, email and virtual meetings.
• Support customers by inventing and simplifying solutions through outbound outreach.

Required profile

• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to build rapport and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer‑first mindset.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in customer‑facing, sales, account management or support is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
