Recruitment Specialist (Remote, Tunisia)

About the role

Deerfield Logistics LLC, a growing U.S.-based logistics firm, is seeking a proactive Recruitment Specialist to lead hiring efforts for its U.S. operations. The position is fully remote and must be based in Tunisia. You will use your strong U.S. English communication skills to guide candidates through the entire hiring pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Full‑cycle recruiting: source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles supporting U.S. logistics operations.
• Create and manage job postings on major job boards and social media platforms.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional experience from outreach to onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate data, track hiring metrics, and manage the pipeline using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Required profile

• Currently residing in Tunisia.
• Exceptional written and verbal U.S. English proficiency.
• Prior experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented self‑starter who thrives in an independent remote setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with job board platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) software.
• Competence with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Familiarity with AI tools that streamline recruitment processes.
