Recruitment Senior Specialist

About the role

Autoliv is seeking a Recruitment Senior Specialist to lead end‑to‑end hiring for indirect labor roles across multiple EMEA countries, with a focus on Tunisia and Poland. You will operate within the Recruitment Shared Service Center, ensuring high‑quality, compliant, and efficient hiring while partnering closely with local HR and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval to job offer for assigned countries and role families.
• Conduct intake discussions with hiring managers and local HR to define role requirements, timelines, and sourcing strategies.
• Screen applications, conduct interviews, coordinate assessments, and manage job offers in line with local labor law and Autoliv policies.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Partner with local HR to align recruitment delivery with workforce plans and business priorities.
• Serve as the primary recruitment contact for Tunisian plants/functions and advise on labor market conditions.
• Ensure accurate documentation in recruitment systems and adhere to SSC processes, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Contribute to recruitment template development, process improvements, and automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Higher education degree in HR, psychology, management or a related field.
• Advanced level of English.
• 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in an SSC, regional or international setting.
• Proven experience managing multi‑country or high‑volume recruitment.
• Operational knowledge of Tunisian labor law and labor market dynamics.
