Recruiter – Talent Acquisition (Sfax, Tunisia)

About the role

Enovis is seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead talent acquisition across multiple functions of its global organization. Based in Sfax, Tunisia, you will partner with leaders and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver end‑to‑end recruitment solutions that support the company’s growth in medical technology.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with leadership, hiring managers and HR to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
• Proactively source, identify and engage top talent through job boards, social media, industry networks and referrals.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, interviews and reference checks.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to refine talent acquisition approaches.
• Collaborate on offer preparation and negotiate compensation packages as needed.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and use metrics to improve processes.
• Participate in ad‑hoc talent projects for internal and external customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university, or a high school diploma with at least four years of relevant recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple functions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
