Quality Team Leader

About the role

The Quality Team Leader will oversee manufacturing process compliance, intervene when deviations occur, and ensure that customer‑specific requirements are met. You will lead problem‑solving groups and act as the main liaison with the client to monitor feedback and expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of quality engineers and auditors.
• Maintain continuous contact with the client to monitor feedback.
• Study, interpret, and implement specific customer requirements.
• Lead problem‑solving initiatives and communicate timely updates to the client.
• Monitor VOP/VOC indicators and raise alerts for risks or deviations.
• Participate in APQP phase reviews, system release meetings, and feasibility studies.
• Contribute to process FMEA analysis meetings.
• Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with monitoring plans.
• Define, deploy, and qualify resources needed for process monitoring.
• Create and communicate PPAP files to clients.
• Take part in internal audits and follow up on corrective actions.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Proven experience in team management.
• Fluent English with strong analytical and communication abilities.
