Quality Project Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Project Specialist to drive quality excellence across new product launches and industrial projects. You will work in a dynamic, international environment, ensuring that our production processes meet the highest standards from start‑up to full operation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead quality activities for new projects and product launches, guaranteeing a smooth Start of Production (SOP).
• Monitor project performance, drive continuous improvement, and act as the main interface with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate quality processes during project phases, relocations, and product transfers.
• Analyze defects, lead 8D corrective and preventive actions, and manage tests, inspections, and validation activities.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, and other quality standards.
• Develop and implement quality concepts, improvement initiatives, and reporting aligned with customer expectations.
• Deliver training and promote quality awareness throughout the plant.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in quality or project environments.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel and data‑analysis tools.
• Knowledge of quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, Core Tools, and 8D.
• Familiarity with IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 standards.
