Prospecting Team Leader

About the role

Ozeol is expanding its global B2B procurement business and seeks a dynamic Prospecting Team Leader to drive the performance of its prospecting unit. You will lead a group of prospectors, ensuring they meet both qualitative and quantitative targets while supporting the company’s sustainability and stock‑clearance objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of prospectors to achieve business goals.
• Monitor KPIs, set objectives and provide regular feedback and performance reports.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members.
• Maintain accurate data in the information system and ensure compliance with internal procurement policies.
• Collaborate with the Procurement Department and other internal stakeholders to optimise processes and resolve operational issues.
• Manage the team’s portfolio, tracking quality, profitability and deadlines.

Required profile

• Proven leadership and team‑management experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken).
• Dynamic, results‑oriented and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM or other business‑management tools.
