Property Acquisition Executive

About the role

Hostme is a fast‑growing vacation‑rental platform in Tunisia. We are looking for a motivated Property Acquisition Executive to expand our portfolio of houses, apartments and villas across the country. You will work directly with property owners, introducing them to the benefits of listing on our platform and supporting them through the onboarding process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential property owners throughout Tunisia.
• Present Hostme’s value proposition and persuade owners to list their properties.
• Guide owners through the onboarding and listing workflow.
• Maintain and nurture long‑term relationships with owners and strategic partners.
• Follow up on leads, track progress and report on acquisition targets.
• Contribute to the growth of Hostme’s property portfolio.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, real estate, partnerships or customer relations.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable making phone calls and meeting property owners in person.
• Organised, target‑driven and self‑motivated.
• Good command of Arabic and French.
• Interest in real estate, tourism or digital platforms.
• Driving licence is a plus.
