Project Manager – Multi-Asset Trading Platform

About the role

Ouinex is seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate strategic initiatives for its next‑generation multi‑asset trading platform. Based in Djerba, Tunisia, you will work closely with senior management, product, development, design, QA, compliance, marketing and external partners to deliver projects on time and to high quality standards. You will ensure projects are delivered within scope, on schedule and meet the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Define project scope, deliverables, timelines and milestones.
• Lead cross‑functional teams including Product, Development, Design, QA, Compliance and Marketing.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, blockers and dependencies, and take corrective actions.
• Organise and facilitate project meetings, sprint planning sessions and review meetings.
• Maintain project documentation, reports and dashboards.
• Track action items and ensure successful execution.
• Improve internal project management processes and operational efficiency.
• Provide regular progress updates to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience, preferably in technology, fintech or software.
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus.
• Strong organisational, planning and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, structured and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Available to work full‑time on‑site in Djerba.

Required skills

• Project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Notion, Asana or Monday.com.
• Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles.
