Project Manager

About the role

RetSci helps retailers make better decisions by combining retail knowledge, science and scalable technologies, using statistical and quantitative analysis and software and consulting services. It is looking for a motivated Project Manager to join its fast-growing team, who will become an expert in the vendor partners' software product offering and help deliver their solutions or forecasting services to customers. The role is available in both the Tunis and Sfax offices.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery and client expectations
• Create and manage roadmaps and project plans, and monitor day-to-day activities, initiating corrective action when needed
• Deliver within the agreed scope defined in the Statement of Work, control scope creep and manage change requests against the timeline
• Maintain risk and issue logs and contingency plans, and prepare and deliver reports
• Build and maintain a backlog of product enhancements and provide coaching and support to teams
• Manage project finances, including financial plans, and take part in proposal development

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business or technology fields such as industrial engineering, business management, business analytics or computer science
• 5+ years of experience in consulting or in process design and requirements gathering for software delivery
• Experience in retail, leading projects and managing timelines, resources and financials is an advantage

Required skills

• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication and cross-functional and client relationship skills
• Ability to lead projects with minimal supervision
• PL/SQL experience is an advantage

The recruitment process includes a meeting with the Talent Acquisition team followed by four interview rounds with consultants, implementation VPs, the COO and the CEO or EMEA Director.
