Program Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Program Manager to lead global series‑production programs, introduce new product variants and ensure customer satisfaction across multicultural teams. The role combines strategic planning, budget control and hands‑on engineering change management to drive cost‑effective production.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global program management for series production and new product variant introductions.
• Coordinate multicultural project teams and technical experts.
• Manage product engineering changes and oversee new product introduction (NPI) processes.
• Develop and maintain project schedules aligned with customer milestones.
• Plan, monitor and control project budgets.
• Conduct Value Analysis / Value Engineering workshops to achieve cost reductions.
• Drive production capacity expansion investments based on customer forecasts.
• Support internal and supplier production relocation activities.
• Provide regular status reports to management and capture lessons learned.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electronic or Mechatronic Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading industrial projects in a multicultural environment.
• Experience in the automotive or mechatronics industry is a plus.
• Proven leadership of international project teams.
• Strong project planning, budgeting and cost‑control capabilities.
• Experience with engineering change management and NPI.
• Problem‑solving expertise using methodologies such as 8D and QRQC.
• Ability to work under pressure, resolve conflicts and communicate effectively.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and French.
