Production Supervisor – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing activities in a world‑class automotive environment. You will be responsible for ensuring quality, productivity, cost control and on‑time delivery while fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities to achieve quality, productivity, cost, and delivery targets.
• Monitor operational performance and implement corrective actions for production and quality issues.
• Supervise, coach, and develop team members and line leaders to ensure high performance and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and workplace regulations.
• Analyze production and quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate production priorities and workforce allocation to meet business requirements.
• Manage internal and external quality concerns in collaboration with relevant departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
• Ability to monitor, analyze and improve operational KPIs.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and Microsoft Office.
