Production Planner – Trim Operations

About the role

As a Production Planner – Trim, you will ensure smooth production flow by aligning customer demand with operational capacity. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to plan, monitor and optimise production activities while meeting stock and delivery targets.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customer EDI data, resolve demand variations and communicate demand across departments.
• Run MRP regularly, validate system outputs and support accurate planning.
• Develop and launch production plans for cutting and sewing operations.
• Monitor delivery performance and report against production and customer commitments.
• Manage inventory levels of finished goods, WIP and raw materials in line with logistics policies.
• Coordinate shipments with the warehouse to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
• Track engineering changes, product phase‑outs and obsolescence risks to ensure smooth transitions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of experience in production planning or a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with SAP or comparable ERP systems for planning and inventory management.
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
